On July 23 2025, a technical webinar was held on the evaluation of forage and pasture plots, with the participation of experts from the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA, Argentina), the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO), and the Tanzania Livestock Research Institute (TALIRI), with the technical and financial support of the German agency GIZ.
The event was part of a triangular cooperation project aimed at strengthening livestock systems for small-scale producers and contributing to food security in Africa. The activity provided a platform to exchange experiences, assessment methodologies, and innovative approaches to improve the productivity and sustainability of forage practices.
