•        Valid Passport (Bio page) - (More than 6 months validity).
•        Valid passport type photographs in color, 4 by 4 cm, front view and with a plain/white background. (To be brought on the day of interview).

•        Form provided by the Embassy need to be completed and sent will all the other documents. (To be download as appears below).

•        Yellow fever Vaccination International Certificate (page with date of issue).
•        Round trip reservation (Recommendation: do not purchase tickets before obtaining the visa).
•        Invitation letter of the institution in Argentina, which should be registered at the General Directorate for the National Registry of Religious Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina. The person signing the invitation should be likewise registered as the representative of the institution. All this documentations should be certified by the aforementioned Ministry in original.
The letter should be in Spanish containing the following information:
-        Name and passport information.
-        Community, congregation or diocese where the tasks will be performed in Argentina.
-        Physical address and contacts of the religious entity in Argentina.
-        Name of superior/provincial or responsible authority in Argentina.
-        Type of activity undertaken (pastoral, community, teaching, etc)
-        Duration of stay in Argentina.

•        Police clearance certificate (criminal record), legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the corresponding country. Note that it will also be required a criminal record issued by the relevant authorities of the countries where he/she has resided for a period of more than one (1) year, during the last three (3) years. After the legalization is done a non-official translation of the document into Spanish will be required.
•        Travel Insurance addressed to the Embassy explaining on the amount covered overseas.
•        Visa fee is U$D 150 to be paid on the day of interview (NON-REFUNDABLE). Required to be paid to an NCBA bank with the account name: EMBASSY OF ARGENTINA CONSULAR-FEE. More information on the same will be shared when the appointment is confirmed.

FULFILMENT OF ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE GRANTING OF A VISA, WHICH REMAINS AT THE EXCLUSIVE OPTION OF THE ARGENTINE STATE.

NOTE I:

The visa applicant is required to scan all the above documents and send them in PDF FORMAT to this email address consulkenya@mrecic.gov.ar
Once all the documents are checked and approved, an appointment which will take place at the Embassy will be fixed in order to continue the visa processing.
The visa application process to visa issuance date should be within at least 45 days or more prior to your travel date.
The process will only begin once the applicant provides all the documents as per the list, as failure to do so might delay your application processing.

NOTE II: Any Missing Documents or Inconsistence in Dates of Travel will lead to Delay in Visa Processing.
