The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Kenya, also accredited to the Republic of Rwanda, informs that the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Argentine Republic and the Republic of Rwanda entered into force on 24 October 2024, following the procedures set out in Article 13 of the Agreement. The Agreement was published in Argentina’s Official Gazette  on 13 May 2025: See official publication.

This instrument lays the foundation for the joint development of projects in priority areas such as health, education, agriculture and science and technology, further strengthening the bilateral relationship and South-South cooperation.
