On 8 August 2025, the Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Kenya, Luis Levit, held a working meeting with the Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetang’ula, at the Kenyan Parliament.

During the meeting, both authorities discussed the bilateral relations between Argentina and Kenya and agreed on the importance of fostering stronger parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. In this context, they explored the possibility of establishing an Argentina–Kenya Parliamentary Friendship Group as a space to enhance political dialogue and legislative exchange.
