The designated Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Kenya, Luis Alejandro Levit, presented copies of his Letters of Credence to the Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kenya, Ambassador Peter Mwendwa, on May 15th, 2024.

Ambassador Levit is a career diplomat and holds a degree in Economics. Before assuming his position as Ambassador to Kenya, he was the Director of Market Access at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, he served at the Argentine Embassy in the United States, at the Argentine Embassy in Israel, and at the Consulate General and Promotion Center of Argentina in Barcelona.

He is committed to strengthening bilateral ties, contributing to the intensification of commercial, cultural, and cooperation exchanges, as well as strengthening connections with Argentine compatriots residing in the jurisdiction.
